A FAMILIAR WORKFLOW

Go from finished slides to a live, responsive session.

Deckly adds participation to the work you have already done. There is no blank canvas to learn and no reason to trade presentation quality for audience interaction.

  1. STEP 1

Bring the deck you already use

Upload a PowerPoint or PDF without rebuilding your content in a new editor. Your slides stay in order and remain the backbone of the session.

  2. STEP 2

    Add interaction where it matters

Place a quiz, poll, word cloud, open question, or team game between slides. Use one activity or build a complete interactive lesson.

  3. STEP 3

    Present, adapt, and follow up

Share a simple join code, watch answers arrive live, then send the same material out as self-paced work when the session ends.

THE PARTICIPATION TOOLKIT

Nineteen activity types, grouped by what you need the room to do.

Ask for a fast answer, a considered response, a group decision, or a full graded assessment. Each activity lives between your slides, so interaction feels like part of the story rather than a detour.

Check understanding

Ask a focused question or practise a concept while there is still time to act on the answer.

THE ROOM HAS A PULSE

Know whether your audience is following—while you're still presenting.

Deckly turns every response, activity and interaction into a live picture of how your session is going. See where people are confident, where they're struggling, and when it might be worth slowing down or revisiting something.

  • See live understanding and participation without leaving presenter view.
  • Spot questions where the room is divided, confused or consistently getting it wrong.
  • Identify slides and activities that caused the biggest drop in performance.
  • Compare results across sessions, classes or cohorts.
  • See who may need extra support before the session even ends.

No AI generation required. Deckly uses the interaction data your session already creates.

BUILT FOR THE PERSON LEADING THE ROOM

See where people are with you—and where they need help.

A quiet audience does not always mean a confident audience. Deckly gives everyone a low-friction way to respond and gives you a clear signal while there is still time to act on it.

  • Watch participation and answers in the presenter view.
  • Keep the flow moving without switching tools or tabs.
  • Use anonymous participation when the room needs more safety.
  • Present from a saved deck even when the connection drops.

IT DOES NOT END WHEN THE ROOM EMPTIES

Send the same material out as self-paced work.

Not everyone was there, and not everyone got it the first time. Any deck or assessment can be assigned as practice, mastery, or testing work with an open and close window, and the results land in the same reports as your live sessions.

  1. 01

    Self-paced assignments

Hand the same deck or assessment to people who missed the session, or set practice, mastery, and testing work with an open and close window.

  2. 02

    A learner portal

Learners get their own space listing assigned work and the courses they belong to, so nothing depends on finding an email again.

  3. 03

    Certificates worth sharing

Award verifiable certificates carrying the learner’s name, score, and achievement, each with its own public verification page.

USEFUL AFTER THE LAST SLIDE

Turn audience responses into a better next step.

The conversation does not disappear when the session ends. Deckly organises responses into a practical report, helping educators review learning, trainers document engagement, and facilitators share outcomes.

See who took part, where answers clustered, and which questions need follow-up. Pro teams can retain more history, export session data, and remove Deckly branding from shared reports.

FOR SCHOOLS AND TRAINING TEAMS

Give your whole department one shared workspace.

When several people teach the same material, the hard part stops being the presentation and starts being consistency. Organization plans keep content, branding, and roles in one place, and track a learner across every session and assignment instead of stopping at a single report.

  • Shared presentation library and reusable question bank
  • Cohorts and courses with progression and at-risk signals
  • Organization-wide analytics and learner journeys
  • Managed branding applied across every session
  • Staff roles and seats for admins, instructors, and support
  • Department-level reporting and data export
  • Accommodations for learners — extended time, read-aloud, dyslexia-friendly font, and reduced motion

ONE PRODUCT, DIFFERENT ROOMS

Make participation part of every kind of presentation.

Deckly is flexible enough for a five-person workshop and focused enough for a lecture hall. The same simple join experience works wherever people need to think with you, not just listen.

01

Teaching and training

Check understanding as you teach, surface misconceptions before they settle in, then assign follow-up practice to the learners who need it.

02

Workshops and facilitation

Give every participant a way into the discussion, collect priorities, and make decisions with input from the whole room.

03

Town halls and events

Invite questions at scale, keep attention through key moments, and understand what your audience wants to hear next.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Everything you need to run your first interactive presentation.

Start with a deck you already trust, add one useful activity, and invite your audience when you are ready.

What is Deckly?

Deckly is interactive presentation software that adds live quizzes, polls, word clouds, audience questions, team games, and assessments to PowerPoint and PDF slides.

Do I need to rebuild my presentation?

No. Upload the PowerPoint or PDF you already use, keep its slide order, and insert interactive activities only where they help your audience participate.

Do participants need an account or app?

No. Participants open a link or enter a join code in any modern browser. They do not need to create an account or install anything.

Which interactive activities can I add?

Deckly includes multiple-choice and multi-select questions, word clouds, open responses, matching, sorting, sequencing, image hotspots, confidence meters, predictions, buzzers, wagers, emoji pulses, team races, links, full Practice or Test assessments, and multi-part questions that pin a scenario on screen while learners answer several related questions underneath it.

Can I see results while I present?

Yes. Responses appear in the presenter view as they arrive, so you can pause, explain, compare answers, or move on with confidence.

Can I tell if my audience is following along?

Yes. Deckly's live pulse shows overall understanding as responses come in, flags questions where the room is divided or getting things wrong, and highlights the slides and activities where performance dropped the most, all without leaving presenter view.

Can people work through material on their own time?

Yes. Any deck or assessment can be assigned as self-paced work with an open and close window. Learners see it in their own portal, and their attempts feed the same reports as live sessions.

Can I award certificates?

Yes. Organization plans can issue verifiable certificates carrying the learner’s name, score, and achievement, each with a public verification page.

Can I review or export results afterwards?

Yes. Session reports show participation and responses. Export options, longer history, and unbranded reports are available based on your plan.

Is Deckly free?

Yes. The Free plan includes core activities for audiences of up to 25 people. Pro is $14/month. Organization adds shared content, managed branding, central analytics, learner journeys, and staff roles; configure it on the organizations page.
